is seeking a patent prosecution associate and/or agent with 2-4 years of experience to join our fast-growing Intellectual Property Practice located in our Tysons Corner, VA office. This position will provide the opportunity to work on a variety of patent preparation, prosecution, and counseling matters involving electrical and computer arts. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and experience preparing patent applications. Strong academic record and ability to work with a variety of technologies is required. Candidates must be registered to practice before the USPTO and preferably admitted to the Virginia State Bar.
