a global medical device company, is seeking a Lead IP counsel. Counsel and provide legal support with respect to all aspects of the Company's intellectual property portfolio and requirements. Develop and implement IP strategy, prepare and prosecute patent applications, maintain knowledge of IP landscape impacting Company's business, support acquisitions, negotiate licensing agreements, manage dispute resolution, and manage trademark portfolio. One direct report initially. Mechanical or chemical engineering background. Experience with medical devices preferred. License to practice law in at least one State. Licensed by USPTO. Prior management experience desired.
