Brain Corporation, 
a Qualcomm-backed startup that applies artificial intelligence and machine learning to robotics, is seeking an in-house IP manager to assist in the formulation and prosecution of IP assets as well to oversee our existing IP portfolio. Eligibility and Requirements: Applicants must have technical background in software, electrical, or mechanical engineering or related field. Experience in robotics, AI, computer vision, or machine learning is a plus. Applicants must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (or qualified to sit for the examination) and have at least 3 yrs of patent prosecution experience.
Responsibilities: Patent application preparation and drafting, advising/assisting outside counsel with general patent prosecution strategy, and assisting with other IP-related projects. The IP manager will report directly to the CEO.
