DiBerardino McGovern IP Group LLC (DMIP Group) is seeking a Patent Attorney, Patent Agent, or Technical Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The position will involve all aspects of patent prosecution and counseling, including a substantial amount of patent application drafting. Strong academic credentials are required, and a degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics is preferred. Applicants must have academic or professional experience with optical systems, and preferably also with electronics and software. Attorneys must be a member of the Bar of the state in which they plan to work.
Applicants must have a strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a virtual law practice, be professional and proactive, have strong writing skills and be detail oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines and set priorities.
