MH2 Technology Law Group LLP is looking for an experienced, full-time, patent professional to draft and prosecute patent applications for leading global technology companies, including several Fortune 500 companies. Candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills, and at least three years experience in biotechnology and chemistry prosecution and application drafting. Patent Examiner experience is a plus, as is significant experience directing foreign prosecution, particularly in the EPO, China, and Japan.

The salary potential for the first full year of employment as a full-time professional is $180K+. Candidates will preferably work in our offices located in Tysons Corner, VA. However, we will consider qualified teleworking candidates regardless of their location.
