Dilworth IP is seeking a highly competent Patent Attorney with 5+ years of experience and a portable book of business to help expand the firm’s Software/Electrical practice. Candidates should possess extensive experience writing and prosecuting software and electrical patents, be motivated self-starters willing to invest significant time and energy on client development, and exhibit a high degree of professionalism and productivity. Compensation package is competitive and offers much potential for growth. Candidates may be remotely located.

Admission before the USPTO and at least one state bar association is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have backgrounds that include actual laboratory or engineering experience, or have worked as in-house counsel.
