The ideal candidate will be a high performer with an undergraduate degree in any technical field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Computer Science), with experience handling discovery and briefing in complex cases, and with a desire to take on increasing responsibilities. As part of our team you will be working on large, high quality cases against some of the top firms in the country. The firm handles district court litigation, Federal Circuit appeals and IPRs in cases involving technical fields such as telecommunications, LEDs, semiconductors, cryptography, consumer electronics, and computer science, among others.
