Levine Bagade Han LLP is seeking a Patent Associate.
Responsibilities: Performs patent prosecution, patent strategy, due diligence, licensing, some trademark counseling and prosecution, and other legal services for clients as needed.
Technical Background: Technical undergraduate degree required. Mechanical or biomedical engineering background strongly preferred. Other engineering or hard science degrees considered.
Bar: Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office strongly preferred, eligibility to take the U.S. patent bar required.
The current first-year starting salary is $195,000 @ 1600 client billable hours/year.
