The firm is located in a South Dayton, Ohio suburb (Centerville/Washington Township) within a short drive of Northern Cincinnati suburbs for those having a desire to live in Cincinnati.
Responsibilities will include patent application preparation and prosecution, conducting prior art searches, drafting clearance/invalidity opinions, client counseling, and other patent related projects. Salary is competitive with similar patent firms in the area and can grow quickly depending on work quality and production. Partnership opportunities will become available to a candidate that fits in well with the other firm attorneys and provides excellent work product. The Firm’s work atmosphere is very collegial and the dress code is casual.
