Wentsler, located in Mentor, Ohio, (30 minutes east of Cleveland) is seeking a patent attorney or a patent agent with 0-5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Ideal candidates will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and a degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, chemical, electrical) or similar. Outstanding educational accomplishment is required. Patent examiners or former patent examiners are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities will include patent preparation and prosecution, conducting prior art searches, and other patent projects.
