Presently, we are seeking a remote patent attorney in Austin, TX with at least four (4) years of patent prosecution experience for a Staff Attorney role. The Staff Attorney will primarily perform patent preparation and prosecution related tasks. Applicants should be available to work for the firm remotely on an exclusive basis. Candidates should have an electrical engineering, computer science, or physics background or equivalent experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must.
