MH2 Technology Law Group, LLP is looking for a local or remote, part-time patent professional with an electrical engineering background to prepare and prosecute patent applications, draft opinions, and provide IP counseling for our clients, which include many Fortune 500 companies.
In particular, MH2 currently seeks a patent attorney or agent with experience with analog circuitry patents. Experience with software patents is a plus. Candidates must have a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a similar field, and 3+ years of recent preparation and prosecution experience with EE technologies. Candidates must need minimal training. Patent examiner experience or prior job experience as an electrical engineer are also a plus.
