MH2 Technology Law Group, LLP is looking for local or remote, full-time or part-time patent professional to prepare and prosecute patent applications, draft opinions, and provide IP counseling for our clients, which include many Fortune 500 companies.
In particular, MH2 currently seeks patent attorney or agent with a background in software, computers, and/or electrical engineering. Candidates must have a technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent fields, and 2+ years of recent preparation and prosecution experience with software-related technologies. Candidates must require minimal training. Patent examiner experience or prior job experience as a software developer are a plus.
Experience with analog circuitry patents is a big plus. Candidates must have a technical degree in Computer Science, SW Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a similar field, and 2-6 years of recent preparation and prosecution experience. Candidates must need minimal training. Patent examiner experience or prior job experience as an SW developer or electrical engineer are also a plus.
