The firm seeks different levels of patent prosecution attorneys with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering. The first level calls for a candidate with a small or to medium portable book of business and at least eight years of patent prosecution experience. The second level calls for a candidate with 2-5 years of patent prosecution experience, preferably both in hardware and software with some mechanical prosecution experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
