Botos Churchill IP Law LLP is seeking an attorney or patent agent with 2-4 years of experience with patent prosecution who is independently motivated to succeed both individually and as a member of the BCIP team. Candidates must have a background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, physics or the like, and have experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Strong computer skills and interpersonal skills are required. Attorney candidates should be admitted in New Jersey, but admission in other jurisdictions will be considered. All candidates must be registered and in good standing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
