Wenderoth, Lind & Ponack, L.L.P. is seeking a patent attorney or patent agent with at least one year of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
The ideal candidate will be registered with the USPTO, have a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physics, and possess strong writing skills. Former USPTO experience is a plus.
Primary responsibilities for this position will include preparing and prosecuting patent applications across a variety of technology areas, with an emphasis on communications and networking technology.
