MH2 Technology Law Group, LLP is looking for a local or remote, full-time or part-time patent professional to prepare and prosecute patent applications, draft opinions, and provide IP counseling for our clients, which include many Fortune 500 companies.
In particular, MH2 currently seeks a patent attorney or agent with a background in software, electrical engineering, physics, or a related discipline. Candidates must have a technical degree and either already have a patent bar registration or be eligible and willing to sit for the patent bar (possible exception for a candidate with a computer-science background and the right experience).
At least two years of recent preparation and prosecution experience is required. Experience related to software and/or analog circuitry is a plus. Must be able to demonstrate ability to respond to subject matter eligibility rejections. Must be willing and able to learn new technologies quickly.
