Nyemaster Goode, PC is seeking motivated candidates with 5+ years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications to join our expanding IP team.
We are seeking one or more experienced patent attorneys to assist our team in patent preparation/prosecution, drafting patent opinions, IP diligence, and strategic IP business counseling. Individual or groups of attorneys seeking new opportunities are encouraged to apply. The desired candidates will have experience in all stages of patent preparation/prosecution, including drafting original applications, foreign filings, responding to official actions, and appeals. All technical backgrounds will be seriously considered, but a bachelor’s degree in one of the following arts is preferred: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science. The desired candidates will have the desire and skills to grow our IP practice by networking with and marketing to prospective new clients.
Relocation candidates are welcome to apply – must be eligible for waiver into Iowa or willing to sit for the next bar exam.
Remote flexibility will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
