Kennedy Lenart Spraggins LLP has an opening for a registered U.S. patent attorney or patent agent to join our growing practice as a full-time senior associate. Remote associates are welcome. Primary responsibilities will include preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Requirements for an ideal candidate include a B.S. or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering and at least five years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
