Knobbe Martens is looking for patent counsel candidates with one to three years of experience in patent prosecution, including experience with design patent applications, to assist in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications. This is a non-partnership track position. This position requires a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a J.D. from an ABA accredited school. A graduate degree is desired, but not necessary. Must be licensed to practice law. Candidates must have strong technical writing skills.
