Sandia National Laboratories is seeking a senior patent prosecuting attorney to work in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Qualifications We Require:
- A U.S. law degree from an ABA accredited law school, admission to practice in at least one U.S. state and current registration with the USPTO is required.
- Excellent academic qualifications with at least ten (10) years of law firm and/or in-house patent prosecution experience.
- Master or PhD degree in electrical engineering, physics or a relevant science or engineering discipline.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance.
