Opportunities are available for patent preparation and prosecution work for a variety of clients in the electrical, electro-mechanical, computer, software, and Internet technology areas. Candidates having accumulated five or more years of law firm and/or USPTO (patent examiner) experience are encouraged to apply. USPTO registration (in good standing) is desired. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or related field is desired, and advanced degrees and/or industry experience in these fields are a plus.
