Muir Patent Law, PLLC is seeking a registered patent attorney to work in McLean, VA
Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate should have an EE, Computer Engineering, Physics degree or equivalent degree/background, and at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience. Strong writing / communication skills required. Semiconductor, circuit, medial imaging, and/or USPTO experience is a plus. Our attorneys enjoy flexible work schedules in a hybrid home/office work environment, so individuals must be able to work independently to provide quality work product in a timely manner. We are based in Northern Virginia, but will consider 100% remote work for the right candidate. This position is ideal for an individual who is looking to be part of a growing small firm of highly experienced professionals, and who enjoys the challenge of working with cutting-edge, complex technologies.
