Duties and responsibilities include taking inventor disclosures, preparation of patent and trademark applications, responding to US and foreign office actions, patent and trademark searching, infringement and validity opinions, licensing and litigation support.
- Electrical engineering degree
- Technical experience preferred
- Solid 5+ years of patent and trademark prosecution
- Registered to practice before the USPTO
- Licensed to practice in Arizona
