San Mateo boutique intellectual property law firm, seeks a patent prosecution attorney. The candidate must be a US Patent and Trademark Office registered attorney with at least 1-3 years of prosecution experience and be a member in good standing in the California State Bar. Experience in prosecuting applications for medical device inventions and/or an undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering is preferred.
