We are currently searching for a patent attorney with 1 to 4 years of experience, or a patent agent with over 5 years of experience, to join our Intellectual Property Group of over 25 attorneys. We seek applicants with broad intellectual property experience including patent prosecution and clearance opinion work, and client counseling. In particular, candidates should have an engineering background and experience with medical devices or medical device patents. Candidates should be registered to practice with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
In addition to the experience previously noted, candidates should have excellent interpersonal, analytical and writing skills along with strong academic/professional credentials.
