Ideal candidates will have a minimum of seven years experience prosecuting or litigating patent and trademark matters. Luce Forward seeks quality personnel who have technical backgrounds in biotechnology, medical devices, software, or electrical engineering. Patent prosecutors must be registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. A portable book of business is required.
