Brient Intellectual Property Law, an IP boutique based in Alpharetta, GA (a suburb of Atlanta) is seeking a patent attorney to join its practice. The successful candidate will have experience preparing and prosecuting computer science, mechanical and/or business method patent applications. Experience preparing infringement and validity opinions is also desirable. An undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering or computer science is required for this position.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of rapidly growing practice with reasonable billing rates and well-established clients.
