Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP seeks a patent attorney or patent agent with 4+ years experience for our Cleveland, Columbus or Akron office. Candidates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, and/or relevant experience in the fields of wireless communications, computer software, or network infrastructure, and have prepared and prosecuted a minimum of 25 U.S. and international patent applications per year. The self-starter candidate should possess strong technical, legal, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with our Intellectual Property team across several offices. The candidate must be registered to practice before the USPTO. Attorney candidates must also be admitted to the Bar of at least one state, or be OH Bar eligible.
