Armstrong Teasdale LLP seeks an experienced trademark associate for our St. Louis office. Candidates applying for this position should have experience in domestic and foreign trademark clearance, trademark prosecution and trademark and domain name enforcement, including TTAB and UDRP proceedings. Experience in copyright, trademark licensing and advertising is a plus. This position offers competitive compensation and -benefit package.
Requirements:
• J.D. and admission to a state bar are required, along with strong academic credentials.
• The successful candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and have a working knowledge of trademark search software, query formulation and clearance activities. Working knowledge of docketing practices and software is a plus.
