The 
Intellectual Property and Technology Practice of Bass, Berry & Sims is seeking mid-level attorneys with a minimum of three to five years of experience to join our Nashville office. Negotiation experience and knowledge of IP law are required. The position involves working on technology transactions, license agreements, outsourcing agreements, healthcare information technology, data security and privacy matters, and IP due diligence work in M&A, corporate, healthcare and financing transactions. A technical background is helpful, but not required.
The ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form is required. Candidates also should possess a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
