Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will preferably have substantial industry experience with developing, integrating and employing computer science (CS) technology and should have substantial knowledge of interface standards, such as communication networks and protocols (including Transport Layer, Network Layer and Link Layer protocols), operating system internals, databases, information security, software development tools, hardware standards, languages and other Web related components. Ideal candidates will have a minimum one to five years experience in patent prosecution and be registered to practice before the USPTO, but all candidates with professional experience in patent prosecution will be considered.
