Antonelli, Terry, Stout & Kraus, LLP, an established intellectual property boutique located in Arlington (Rosslyn), Virginia, is seeking an experienced IP prosecution associate with undergraduate and/or graduate degree(s) in chemistry or chemical engineering (with working knowledge in organic chemistry) and two to five years USPTO or law firm experience in patent prosecution. Some knowledge of biotechnology and biotechnology patent prosecution is preferred but not necessary. Strong academic record and excellent analytical & writing skills, technical expertise & demonstrable substantive experience in complex IP prosecution matters required. Excellent salary & benefits.
