The Intellectual Property group at Sutherland LLP group is seeking an Associate or Patent Agent experienced in patent preparation/ prosecution. Candidates should be members of the Patent Bar and have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an associated discipline. Relevant technological experience with business methods, software, and/ or communications-related technologies is preferred. Excellent academics are required.
