The 
Cleveland office of Ulmer & Berne LLP is seeking an associate with 4-8 years’ experience with patent litigation experience to join its fast-growing Intellectual Property practice. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills and deposition, discovery and motion practice experience are sought. Additional experience in patent prosecution preferred and opinion preparation and licensing a plus. An undergraduate degree in electrical, chemical or mechanical engineering is preferred. Applicants should be a registered patent attorney with the USPTO.
