The 
Cleveland office of Ulmer & Berne LLP is seeking a partner-level attorney with 8-20 years’ experience with patent prosecution and opinion preparation to join its fast-growing Intellectual Property practice. The partner will have a primary responsibility to oversee and further develop the Cleveland-based portion of the firm’s patent prosecution and opinion practice. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills, and that are highly organized. Management skills and previous supervisory experience, and with at least some portable business, is preferred. Applicants must be a registered patent attorney with the USPTO, should have drafted and prosecuted in excess of 100 patent applications, and have an undergraduate degree in electrical, chemical or mechanical engineering.
