A qualified candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline and a minimum 4 years of progressive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. An exceptional candidate will have a minimum 6 years of similar experience and be prepared to take responsibility for growing and managing the firm’s relationship with a sophisticated client.
