seeks an Associate to join our thriving Denver Intellectual Property Group. Faegre Baker Daniels is an Am Law 100 firm with offices located throughout the U.S., and in Europe, and China. Our IP practice includes all areas of intellectual property law for a national and international client base. Successful candidates will have 2-4 years experience in patent preparation and prosecution and will be a member of the patent bar for at least 2 years. Additionally, the candidate must have a Ph.D. in a biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field as well as excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills and professional recommendations. Transactional and patent opinion/analysis support experience is a plus. This position offers competitive compensation and unlimited potential for professional growth.
