Jones Robb, PLLC 
is seeking full-time registered patent attorneys and patent agents with 2-8 years relevant experience to work in Tysons Corner, Virginia or Indianapolis, Indiana. Responsibilities will include preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications, including complex Patent Office proceedings, and working on other patent related counseling matters, including opinions and strategic patent portfolio development.
Qualified candidates will have the ability to work in a team environment and preferably have technical backgrounds in electrical engineering, software or mechanical engineering. Candidates must also have a degree from a top law/post graduate school, good academics, and two or more years of significant experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Ideal candidates have experience with complex Patent Office proceedings, client counseling with opinion drafting, or other related patent practice experience.
