Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Patent Agent to work in its Salt Lake City Office.

One to four years of patent agent experience is desired, and we strongly prefer USPTO admitted candidates who have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. We will also consider candidates who have a B.S. in Engineering with a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, or a B.S. degree in an engineering discipline other than Electrical Engineering such as Mechanical Engineering with relevant technical Electrical Engineering work experience or course work. Please note that we are not seeking candidates with a B.S. degree in Biology or Chemistry. Strong academic performance (top third of class) is required.
We will consider patent agents who are currently attending law school.
