The Intellectual Property Department in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a patent lawyer with a minimum of three years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Some patent litigation support experience would be desirable. The position will primarily involve patent preparation and prosecution for a wide range of technologies, but will also include some patent litigation support in the form of infringement analysis, file history reviews, claim construction, and advising on patent law issues and strategies. Additional aspects of the position will include counseling clients on a wide variety of IP issues, non-litigation patent infringement analysis, IP licensing, and trademark prosecution.
Only candidates with a BSEE degree and admitted to practice before the USPTO as a patent attorney should apply.
