Holland & Knight, 
a large national law firm, seeks 2nd – 5th year litigation associate to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group in their Chicago office. Preferred candidates will have patent litigation experience at a law firm. Work experience would include handling a wide array of research and writing assignments, discovery and motion practice, and deposition preparation. Trial experience would be a plus, but is not required.
Candidates with a patent prosecution background will also be considered even if lacking patent litigation experience. Strong academics and writing skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have a technical background, with a preference for computer science or electrical engineering. USPTO registration is preferred, but not required.
