Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig 
is looking for an experienced (3+ years), energetic and personable registered patent agent or patent attorney for an immediate opening within our patent practice. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential to this position.
Applicants must be within reasonable commuting distance of Leesburg VA, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle a high volume of client interaction and applications and have relevant experience. We offer a friendly, professional boutique firm environment (although we are rapidly growing), and the staff at our firm enjoys considerable autonomy.
Qualified applicants will have handled numerous provisional and utility patent applications, and will be able to start relatively soon as we are seeking very near term start date. Please do not submit a resume if you have not prosecuted patent applications.
The successful applicant will be hired as an employee of Dunlap, Bennett & Ludwig PLLC.
