is seeking a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent for its Chicago office. The Patent Attorney/Agent must have at least four years of patent prosecution and client counseling experience. Our ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree (preferably a Ph.D.) with extensive experience in the biological, chemical, physical, life, medical, and/or pharmaceutical sciences. Admission to the Patent Bar is required. The candidate must excel in a team environment and be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent business judgment, ability to communicate clearly with clients, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered, a candidate must have excellent academic credentials. The Patent Attorney must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school, and be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the state in which the candidate is admitted to practice.
