Edell, Shapiro & Finnan, LLC, an established IP boutique in Gaithersburg, MD, is seeking candidates for the following full-time, immediate, position:
IP Associates or Patent Agent with a minimum of 1 year of drafting experience in patent applications, ideally in telecommunications technology fields, including wired (optical and electrical) and wireless networking technologies and equipment. Potential for growth into other fields.
Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong writing, communication, organizational and analytical skills. Undergraduate focus areas in electrical engineering, physics or computer science preferred. U.S. Patent and Trademark Office bar is necessary.
