Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel’s Intellectual Property group is seeking a full time Patent Agent/Technical Advisor with an Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science background for our Silicon Valley office. Candidates should have an undergraduate and/or graduate degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science. Primary responsibilities include technical analysis of patents, drafting claim charts, patent drafting, patent prosecution, opinions and due diligence. Must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail as well as excellent written and communication skills.
