Studebaker & Brackett PC, a growing patent firm located in Tysons, VA, and a short walk from the Greensboro Metro Station/Silver Line, seeks a qualified, experienced Patent Attorney or Agent for primarily handling patent preparation and prosecution. At a minimum, the candidate must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), proficiency in solid state physics including device operation, such as semiconductor device operation, and integrated circuitry, and at least 5 years of patent preparation/prosecution experience in these technical areas. In lieu of patent prosecution experience, BSEE candidates with USPTO experience in the same technical areas will also be considered.
