Gilliam IP is a small, growing firm that strives for excellence in our patent practice. We want someone who has a strong interest in technology, who is self-motivated to maintain knowledge of IP related cases, and who has a desire to learn. We are not interested in someone who wants to stamp out work for high billings. We develop long term relations for our clients instead of easy profits. There is no easy if you do this work properly.
Our practice primarily involves preparing and prosecuting U.S. patent applications and coordinating with foreign associates in other jurisdictions. We do not handle litigation.
A candidate MUST have a degree in one of the following:
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
All applicants should be able to answer questions related to software technology.
