Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and at least two years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. patent office, preferably in matters relating to medical devices. To be considered, you should have a background in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, and/or physics and must be admitted to the USPTO.
