An Intellectual Property law firm located in Boulder is seeking EE patent prosecution associates with at least 2 years of experience for full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering, and similar technologies; contributing to a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution; performing due diligence; supporting the practice by performing general research and writing. Candidate must be a member of the patent bar. Must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the bar.
